Our main production area is equipped with 3 Molding machines of various sizes, ranging from 100 tonnage to 180 tones clamping pressures. this machines are manufactured by Toshiba Machines with Japan technologies including five-point twin toggle clamping mechanism, robust injection unit, closed loop servo hydraulics and user friendly LNC6 control system. We have a capability to mold shot weights from 200 gram to over 450grams with flexible production. we can produce any plastic injection molded part from miniature moldings to medium moldings and have the flexibility to allow for short run production to high volume production requirements.
